Nebraska ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Nebraska Secretary of State requires Corporations to file a report biennially. Limited Liability Companies are not required to submit any type of reporting. The Biennial Report is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company in January, and is due by March 1st. Currently, the Secretary of State does not offer online filing of the Biennial Report.

Nebraska ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failing to file the Annual Registration Report will result in administrative dissolution and the inability to legally conduct business in Nebraska.
